John DePaul is the founder and managing member. He has an accomplished, award winning 43-year hospitality career in luxury lodging, leisure, mixed-use and residential acquisition & development. After spending 20 years vacationing in Park City for winters and summers, John and his family have made Park City their fulltime residence in July 2024.
