Créé en 2018, le Conseil d’orientation de la recherche et de l’innovation des Industriels de la mer (CORIMER) est une instance de dialogue Etat-filière ayant pour mission d’optimiser et de piloter le soutien à la R&I.
Sur la base de feuilles de route technologiques élaborées par les Industriels de la mer, le CORIMER organise des appels à manifestation d'intérêt annuels, à l'issue desquels les projets sont orientés vers les dispositifs d’aide pertinents. Que ce soit pour les activités nautiques, le transport maritime, les activités offshore de nouvelle génération ou les procédés de fabrication, le CORIMER encourage le développement de technologies permettant aux entreprises de répondre à la fois aux exigences règlementaires et aux attentes des clients. Objectif : des solutions toujours plus sûres, durables, performantes et abordables.

Since 2018, the Maritime Industry Research & Innovation Committee (CORIMER) has served as a dialogue forum between the French public administration and the maritime stakeholders, whose mission is to optimise and drive support to innovation.
The CORIMER organises annual calls for interest on the basis of technological roadmaps produced by the maritime stakeholders, with the aim to help projects promoters seize the available public funding opportunities. Whether on nautical activities, maritime transport, next generation offshore activities or industrial processes, the CORIMER encourages the development of technologies enabling companies to meet legal requirements while corresponding to the clients’ demands. The ambition is to offer solutions which are increasingly secure, sustainable, performant and affordable.
