We believe a small and sustainable step towards better life and future can make our planet, a wonderful place to live with equality and dignity. Insight Foundation, a non-profit organization, was founded by like-minded and experienced volunteers with the quest to “Open Minds : Changing Lives” for better opportunity and healthy life through innovative interventions. We seek to address on women health, capacity building of our community, and enlightenment of underprivileged and vulnerable youth through awareness campaign, education, skill trainings and innovative sustainable programme implementation. We seek to uplift our community in education, health and skill development sector, where we believe to bring positive changes. In our pilot programme, we focused upon the health of the women through creating awareness on the need and importance of Menstrual Hygiene for each and every woman. We live in country where there is still large number of young girls and women, who do not have knowledge on menstruation (period)and importance of hygienic management during menstruation, suffer from numerous infection and diseases that is caused because of unhygienic menstrual management, living conditions along with various other factors. However, these infection and diseases can be prevented. Every woman matter and so does the menstruation. Menstruation is not a taboo but a blessing-in-disguise that need not to be shied away. Instead we need to accept it as a healthy and natural process while building the confidence of being a woman. A regular period is a significance of a healthy woman. Through awareness program and easy access to sanitary pad, we could ensure to make her a confident and happy woman that she is. We believe that it's the Government role to provide a system in the country for the betterment of the people in all aspects.
