Our Organization is composed mainly by university students and operates as a non-profit organization. Our organization is focused on creating value to their members, challenging them to get out of their comfort zone by exploring new subjects around the economic and finance world. The organization believes that the diversity of the members can enrich their expertise to make the difference everyday to create a better world. The Organization is based on a meritocracy system which provides opportunities based on the effort and quality of work of each member and some qualities that our members should have, which are the following: Honesty, Critical Sense, Self Motivation, Flexibility, Perseverance, Altruism, Trust, Transparency and Loyalty.
