Insight Climbing & Movement promotes joyful exploration of movement through climbing, yoga and fitness. We originally opened our doors in 2013 on Bainbridge Island with the name Island Rock Gym, and when the time came to open another location, we changed our name to Insight Climbing & Movement as it was important to us that our name was inclusive to the communities we serve. Whether we're pushing ourselves outside our comfort zone by trying something new, or moving beyond the mental and physical barriers we think might exist for us, there are many insights to be gained from movement if we stay present and observe.
