Sabíamos acerca de las formas tradicionales de investigar al mercado pero siempre sentimos que había algo más que eso, que el ser humano es demasiado complejo e interesante como para ser resumido en base a sus propias palabras.
Desde ese momento y debido a que las técnicas tradicionales de estudio no nos convencían decidimos experimentar planeando, desarrollando y probando nuestras propias técnicas introspectivas para descubrir las asombrosas verdades que las personas guardamos en nuestro inconsciente.
Así nacieron las técnicas de estudio que hemos usado y seguimos innovando constantemente.
Hoy estamos en el umbral de una nueva era, en la que escuchamos a las personas pero por sobre todo las observamos, poniendo atención a los detalles, a lo que el inconsciente nos dice, en resumen a su lenguaje de comunicación no verbal.
