Insights & Ideas was born out of a work@home set-up by its Research Director, Myla Cortez, in July 2003. Initially thought as a means for a young mother to cope with the increasing demands of sustaining work-life balance, Myla started Insights with a computer and a short list of clients from the fast-moving consumer good industries. After two years, Insights moved out of its bedroom cocoon and established an office in Valero Tower, Makati City.
We are focused. Insights has successfully penetrated a number of regular local and regional accounts from various industries. Majority of our regular accounts are local companies with strongholds in the market, allowing us to understand and get a firmer grip on the Filipino consumer.
We have diverse skills. Aside from focus groups, Insights offers central location tests, ethnographies research, in-depth interviews, consumer diaries, accompanied shopping, mystery shopping for malls, observational research.
