Our founders are two leading lawyers, Madeleine Kelly and Helen Grimberg, who are highly experienced in the fields of corporate and workplace conflict and dispute resolution. Madeleine and Helen's vision is to empower business leaders to better manage conflicts, with exceptional guidance, training, and support.
We provide key services including advising, coaching, training and workshops, and mediation where needed. We take the time to understand the root cause of the issues and work with individuals to achieve solutions that are long-lasting and workable.
Integrity works with a team of associates and together we provide a multi-disciplinary team of expertise.
