This industry leading machine places BGA devices seamlessly, coupled with the latest Agilis feeders for quick, efficient changeover of components assembled boards. Using an 8 Zone BTU Pyramax oven and a KIC Profiler for optimal thermal profiles to ensure the best soldering results. Aiding inspection they use EASY VISION AOI equipment for fast, repeatable inspection for positional accuracy, for value, polarity and solder quality.
