IPA Asia Limited is a high-quality producer and exporter of SSAW, LSAW pipes in China based on the cooperation with CNPC manufacturers. The company's main business is to assist “CNPC EQUIPMENT” (Pipe) expand sales channels and efficient bidding for large projects to expand the export of steel pipe products. CNPC pipe manufacturing facilities are located in Shanghai, Qinhuangdao, Qingxian, Shan’xi and Karamay with 5 SSAW pipe production lines, 2 LSAW pipe production lines, 2 pipe bend production line, 2 OCTG production lines and 1 coiled tubing production line. SSAW pipe with outside diameter in range from 219mm to 2200mm (8”~86”) with max. 50 meters pipe single length. LSAW pipe with outside diameter in range from 457mm to 1422mm (18”~56”). Pipe bend with outside diameter from 219mm to 1524mm (8”~60”), max 90 Deg. Coiled tubing (C&T) with outside diameter in range from 25.4mm to 88.9mm (1”~3.5”), max length 8000 meters. The CNPC pipe products comply with various international standards such as API 5L/5CT/5ST, ASTM, DNV, ISO, DIN, EN, BS, CE, CSA, GOST etc. The external coating plants are capable of producing single/double layer fusion-bond epoxy (FBE), two/three layers polyethylene/polypropylene (3LPE/3LPP), polyurethane, as well as different kinds of painting with different brands such as PPG, Jotun, AkzoNobel, Carboline, etc. The internal coating plants are capable of producing liquid epoxy, FBE. In addition, in order to meet the customer's project material packaging needs, IPA gradually provide customers with valves and steel structure modules. For valves, IPA cooperated with well-known listed valve company with regional Exclusive Agency Agreement, for its distribution of valve products. The valves include: gate valve, globe valve, ball valve, butterfly valve, check valve and different kinds of actuators, which has successfully produced to Cooper Cameron, Valvitalia, PBV Valve, WAGI Valve, CNPC, SINOPEC, CNOOC, etc.
