ipBT is een zelfstandige telecomprovider.
Wij maken gebruik van betrouwbare infrastructuur om maatwerk te leveren aan bedrijven en instellingen.
We zijn een gestaag groeiend bedrijf met een hoog 'techniek-gehalte'. Naast eigen technici beschikken we inmiddels over een netwerk van installateurs die, als dealer of reseller van onze producten, kundig oplossingen voor MKB, grote ondernemingen, maar ook starters inrichten.
Techniek staat niet stil. Enerzijds worden er nieuwe producten gelanceerd. Anderzijds ontstaan er bij bestaande of nieuwe klanten vragen. We gaan met onze kennis elke uitdaging aan! Aansluitend volgen we trainingen om bij te blijven, maar we verzorgen ook zelf opleidingen.
Omdat we de nodige klanten hebben in de 24x7 dienstverlening, zoals in de zorg, hebben we samen met andere partijen een betrouwbaar monitoringsplatform in gebruik. De bezetting hiervan beperkt zich niet alleen tot Nederland, maar strekt zich ook uit in landen met andere tijdzones!
We zijn als volwassen organisatie aangesloten bij:
- Agentschap Telecom
- ACM (Autoriteit Consument en Markt)
- Vereniging COIN (o.a. nummerportabiliteit)
- de geschillencommissie
Bovenstaande vinden wij inmiddels een vanzelfsprekendheid. Wij zijn het liefst bezig met de oplossingen voor onze klanten. Niet de snelle deal, maar de deal die bij de klant past!
