شرح تشکیل شرکت:
در اجرای بند 5 ماده 1 وماده 53 قانون بازار اوراق بهادار جمهوری اسلامی ایران مصوب
آذرماه 1384، و پس از تصویب "دستورالعمل تشکیل و ثبت کانونهای فعال در بازار اوراق بهادار" توسط هیأت مدیره سازمان بورس و اوراق بهادار، "اساسنامه کانون کارگزاران بورس اوراق بهادار" که توسط کمیته منتخب کارگزاران و پس از انجام نظرسنجی از کلیه کارگزاران تدوین و به سازمان بورس پیشنهاد گردید، در تاریخ 1385/12/20 به عنوان یک مؤسسه غیردولتی، غیرتجاری و غیرانتفاعی به تصویب هیأت مدیره سازمان بورس و اوراق بهادار رسید. و هیأت مؤسس کانون در فروردین ماه 1386 انتخاب شده تا نسبت به تأسیس و ثبت این کانون اقدام کنند. در تاریخ 1386/01/26 اولین اعضا که شامل شرکتهای کارگزاری فعال آن زمان در بازار سرمایه بودند به عضویت کانون درآمده و سرانجام کانون کارگزاران بورس و اوراق بهادار پس از تشکیل مجمع عمومی مؤسس در اردیبهشت ماه، مهر ماه 1386 نزد اداره ثبت شرکتها ثبت گردید و فعالیت خود را به عنوان یک تشکل خود انتظام مطابق بند 5 ماده 1 قانون بازار اوراق بهادار برای حسن انجام وظایفی که به موجب قانون بازار اوراق بهادار بر عهده دارد و همچنین برای تنظیم فعالیتهای حرفهای خود و انتظام بخشیدن به روابط بین اعضا به طور رسمی آغاز کرد.
