Ird is a voluntary organization registered under the charitable societies registration act XI of 1860. We believe awakening and welfare are the two sides of the coin of welfare and implementing various programs across India. We are implementing health, social welfare, environmental, community engagement, skill development programs pan India. IRD mainly focus development though participatory methodology & environment of the community. It facilitates many development initiatives for the upliftment of the marginalized people for their sustainable development. We are the accredited agency of KSACS (Kerala Aids Control Society), KLGSDP (Kerala Local Government Service Delivery Project), State Medicinal Plant Board, WDC (Kerala State Women Development Corporation), TRIFED (Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation), Jalanidhi (Government of Kerala), Coir Board (Government of India), Clean Kerala Mission (Government of Kerala), ILDM (Institute of Land and Disaster Management) and implementing various programs. Also, we are the service provider for domestic violence supported by Social Welfare Department and conducting environmental impact study for various development projects of Government of Kerala.
