ISHAN TIMES was originally an offline publication which was first launched in Delhi by our founder MR. SANJAY RAI in May 2006. The initial issues of this newspaper were delivered as weekly editions to the people in Delhi itself. However, after the commencement of the month of June in the year 2007 the newspaper transited into the delivery of the daily editions to the wide range of customers it possessed in the Delhi region. After certain enhancements and efforts, the ISHAN TIMES News Group grew and diversified its branches to most of the Northern States of India thus delivering bilingual newspapers all through the north estate. In the year 2013 a weekly edition of this newspaper was launched in Chandigarh and it has been doing subsequently well since then.
Under the glorious vision of guidance by our founder who reached all the heightened pillars of success on the basis of his extraordinary efforts and immense dedication without any external financial support or sources; the only main motive of the newspaper is betterment of the society for good. The excellent committed crew of ISHAN TIMES News Group comprises of the founder himself along with a passion driven team for devoted service to its customers.

Simultaneous to the deliveries of the newspaper a successive manoeuvre towards the more digitalized version of the News distribution was also being carried forward. In implication to this effort therefore a website for ISHAN TIMES was launched which till date is being controlled fully by our founder. These efforts of branching and expansion gave their fruit when many other organizations and platforms also merged with the group to provide their best to the society.
