ISLE – Collaborative Learning Communities for Redesigning Primary Education Towards Innovative & Sustainable Learning Environments ISLE is an Erasmus+ Teacher Academies project that aims to transform primary education across Europe by fostering innovative, inclusive, and sustainable learning environments. The project empowers teachers and school leaders to respond to today’s educational and societal challenges through professional learning, collaborative leadership, and evidence-based policy engagement. ISLE builds a dynamic international network of teacher education institutions, schools, and education stakeholders to: - Promote inclusive leadership grounded in equity, democracy, and wellbeing - Support teacher development through initial and continuous professional training - Enable school-based innovation and transnational collaboration - Provide research-informed policy recommendations for sustainable educational reform The project involves partners from Cyprus, Sweden, Finland, Spain, Italy, Greece, Latvia, and Portugal, working together to co-create professional learning communities that help reimagine the future of primary education in Europe. 📍 Active in 8 European countries 🔗 Funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union
