Unser Ernährungsprojekt, bei dem die Wissensvermittlung über unsere Nahrungsmittel und der praktische Umgang mit diesen im Vordergrund steht, richtet sich an Kinder im Grundschulalter. Seit 2015 führen wir im Großraum München unser in 5 Unterrichtseinheiten gestaffeltes Projekt in den 2. Klassen durch. Das hierbei Erlernte kommt dabei langfristig nicht nur den Kindern selbst, sondern auch deren Eltern zugute.
Durch altersgerechte Ernährungstheorie, Kocheinheiten, Verkostungen und Sinnesschulungen lernen die Kinder spielerisch die wichtigsten Lebensmittelgruppen kennen und einzelne Lebensmittel einzuordnen. Dass im Zusammenhang mit gesunder Ernährung auch Bewegung eine große Rolle spielt, erfahren die Kinder in den integrierten Bewegungseinheiten. Für interessierte Eltern bieten wir im Rahmen des Projekts auch Kochkurse und Einkaufstrainings an.
