BG3 Global started life in 2010 as I.T. Done Right, a direct-to-consumer storefront repair facility.
In 2017, ITDR Business Solutions LLC purchased I.T. Done Right LLC and merged with a business-to-business sales and marketing consultancy. The new ITDR refocused solely on business customers, creating new technology and marketing products so that businesses could grow faster.
In 2019 the decision was made to rebrand under a new name, BG3 Global. The new branding reflected the evolution as a managed service provider of business growth strategies to all businesses, including healthcare, service industries, education, and others.
On May 11th, 2022, BG3 Global LLC accepted a Letter of Intent from Kyler Henning to purchase substantively all computer hardware field service & support business assets, vendors, customer agreements, Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) equipment, tangible and nontangible inventory, and computer support revenue streams, with select exceptions.
The asset sale to Mr. Henning’s newly created Henning Inventions LLC closed on Thursday, July 21st, 2022, with the physical transfer of all tangible assets and liabilities in the following days.
Effective August 1st, 2022, BG3 Global LLC ceased operations and began winding down the company.
Revenue from technology sales and service operations, and all obligations became those of Henning Inventions LLC at closing.
The parties began a five-month migration of vendor relationships and accounts to the new company, with a transfer schedule completion date set for December 31, 2022.
On July 27th, 2023, the State of Arizona certified BG3 Global LLC’s Articles of Termination, officially winding down the company.

The BG3 Global brand was officially returned to the Licensor.
BG3 Technology Branding
To facilitate a more seamless customer transition, Mr. Henning personally licensed for a period of one year the “BG3 Technology”
