Innovative Thermal Solutions Inc. (ITS) designs and manufactures quality heat sink products on-time for the electronics industries. We provide air cooled and liquid cooled heat sinks, heat pipes, and two-phase thermosyphon assemblies for the electronics industry. We design and simulate solid state refrigeration thermal systems utilizing TECs. We are experts in designing experiments to test and evaluate the thermal performance of the products and the system prototypes. We have access to great local talents pool of technicians and local machine shops to manufacture our engineered products. ITS has access to trusted Asian manufactures to give our customers access to cost competitive pricing for high volume production and cost sensitive projects.
