WHAT DO WE PROVIDE?
LIFE COACHING SESSIONS: Classes at New Day include wellness, home and life management, fitness, volunteer and community work, life coaching, and counseling.
CLASS AND EDUCATION SERIES: I lead programs and classes on a range of topics, such as Raising Emotionally Healthy Children, Losing Control, and Men’s v Women’s Brains, as well as walking people through the well-established and highly regarded Grief and Life Recovery program to complete life’s losses and changes including death, divorce, job loss, depression symptoms, empty nest, relationships, loss of life's expectations, addictions, abuse, and more. Individual and group sessions are offered.
PUBLIC SPEAKING & PUBLISHING: As a Life Coach, Grief Recovery Specialist, Corporate Coach, and Author, I frequently speak at events, churches, schools, and corporate gatherings, teaching health and well-being classes, giving the tools for success in life.
