With iWin®, we are offering a digital service that enables its customers and their customers to identify AND track the glazing unit – and thus the façade element enclosing it – before delivery, on the construction site and after installation. Each insulating glass unit is equip¬ped with an RFID transponder, which is written with an identification number (ID) and can be read with commercial RFID readers. This iWin® ID is stored in a database where customers can retrieve all information about the product (glass and frame and …), but also order and shipping details. Thus iWin becomes the only REAL Digital Twin where the data always comes with the product – a lifetime long.
