Our goal is to provide low-income communities with a job opportunity that can make an impact in their lives. This is a job where they will be producing our products in their homes, on their own time, which allows them to take care of their family, get another job, and possibly take classes to help improve their skill sets. Jacob's Loom staff will take a hands on approach in helping these community members turn their lives around. Jacob's Loom has developed into something so much more than we could have ever expected. What once was a headband company has become an opportunity to change communities. Every part of what we do is designed around the idea of growing relationships between people and empowering them to make a difference in the communities in which they live. As the company grows, we will use the production of all our products to create fair income jobs for people world wide who need them so badly.
