Jacot Chocolatier est créée à Noiraigue en 1949 par Marcel Jacot qui reprend et pérennise une boulangerie. Depuis la chocolaterie est restée dans les mêmes locaux, à quelques mètres carrés près ! A la fin des années 60, Francis Jacot rejoint ses parents qui décident ensemble de diriger la production vers le chocolat uniquement.
La production se développe sous le signe de la créativité. La qualité devient le critère clé de différenciation de l’entreprise qui commence à se développer dans la création de chocolats personnalisés pour la haute horlogerie. En 2010, aucun chocolat ne comporte plus d’huile de Palme, ni de graisses saturées.
Le Maître chocolatier de la Maison, fabrique avec son équipe un produit d'exception. Ceci est un privilège mais également une responsabilité quotidienne envers les clients fidèles de la marque autant qu'envers ceux qui la rencontrent pour la première fois.
