We are an RIBA Chartered Architectural practice with over a decade of experience in both residential and commercial schemes. The founding ethos of the company is to deliver high quality and precisely detailed architectural solutions, tailored to the specific client’s brief and site conditions while optimising the potential and value of the project. We are based in Brighton, but have successfully delivered projects both locally as well as across London and South-East.
We offer a full range of architectural services across all RIBA Plan of Work Stages. These include initial feasibility studies, Planning, Listed Building, Conservation Area and Freeholder Consents, detailed technical design, assistance during the Tender process, On-Site support, and Contract Administration. These services are available collectively or can be tailored to suit the individual project and budget.
Dialogue is at the centre of our design process. We work closely with our clients in order to translate their unique vision and parameters into an outstanding building. We use hand-drawn sketches, CAD drawings, 3D models, parametric scripts, physical models in order to communicate our ideas. We work closely with any of the stakeholders involved in the project to ensure that the envisioned quality of the design is delivered successfully on site.
Completed projects include new build homes and a wide range of refurbishment projects, often in Listed Buildings and sensitive Conservation Areas, as well as larger scale airspace extension and residential developments.
