Spectrum Tailored Technologies Ltd is developing Jam Up!, a digital platform designed to support autistic children and their parents/carers in everyday tasks, such as getting dressed, packing a school bag, tidying up, and brushing teeth.
We are proud to be winners of the Slush'd Pitching Competition 2023, runners-up in the Essex Care Tech Challenge, and winners of the N-CODE Neurological Technologies Pitching Competition at the University of Birmingham. Recently, we were also awarded an Innovate UK Grant.
Our company was founded based on my personal experience as a parent of an autistic child, navigating the daily challenges that arise. The development of the Jam Up! prototype has been driven by the input of autistic children, their carers, and key stakeholders from health and education sectors. We are currently continuing co-development and evaluation, with a planned launch in December 2024.
