Bovenstaand gedachtengoed motiveert mij om mijn bed uit te komen, elke dag. Ik heb me de afgelopen 20 jaar bezig gehouden met de persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling van jongeren en jongerenprofessionals vanuit verschillende rollen, o.a. als docent, trainer & coach.
De laatste jaren focus ik me steeds meer op jongerenprofessionals, zij werken (dagelijks) met en voor jongeren: o.a. docenten, coaches, trainers, jongerenwerkers, groepsleiders, wijkagenten en klantmanagers. Door mij te focussen op de professionals om de jongeren heen, kan ik een grotere en duurzamere impact maken in de levens van jongeren.
Mijn aanpak richt zich op het versterken/vergroten van de mindset, skillset en toolset van jongerenprofessionals zodat zij jongeren beter kunnen voorbereiden op de uitdagingen die ze tegen komen op hun pad naar geluk, succes en zelfredzaamheid.
