JCI staat voor Junior Chamber International en is een internationale organisatie voor jonge leiders en ondernemers tussen 18 en 40 jaar oud. Door hun engagement, vriendschap en het realiseren van creatieve projecten groeien de leden uit tot toekomstgerichte ondernemende voortrekkers.
Onder het motto 'Learning by doing' kan je binnen JCI bouwen aan jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling zoals dit nergens anders mogelijk is.

De missie van de organisatie luidt als volgt:
"Groeikansen aanbieden die jonge mensen aanzetten tot het creëren van positieve veranderingen."
Over heel België zijn er verscheidene lokale afdelingen (20 afdelingen in Wallonië en 29 afdelingen in Vlaanderen), waarvan JCI Ronse er één van is.
Het netwerk werd opgericht in 1915 in Saint Louis (Missouri, USA) en is momenteel uitgegroeid tot één van de grootste jongerenorganisatie ter wereld en telt meer dan 300 000 leden.
Tot op heden is het doel nog steeds het stimuleren van jongeren om bij te dragen aan sociale en economische ontwikkelingen en internationale samenwerkingen.
