JM Autoworks was created by lifetime Romeoville resident, Joel, from the ground up. Joel has had years of previous experience working in auto body shops but wanted to create a business that was honest and affordable.
In 1997, Joel started his business in a one-car garage on the local block of Macon. As the business became more recognized and more customers required service, JM Autoworks expanded into its first official commercial building hiring additional staff. From there the business hopped from place to place until finding its current home on Phelps Avenue in Romeoville.
