Reapraは2015年にシンガポールにてCEO諸藤により創立されたベンチャービルダー・事業投資会社です。
「研究と実践を通じ、産業を創出し、社会に貢献する」をミッションとし、東南アジアと日本13カ国を中心に、ゼロイチフェーズのベンチャー企業の立ち上げから、非効率的で改善の余地が大きいレガシー産業への参入まで多岐にわたる支援を行っています。
Reapra創業者である諸藤は、2003年にエス・エム・エスを創業。11年間にわたり代表取締役社長として同社の東証一部上場、アジア展開など成長を牽引しました。しかし、エス・エム・エスの成功の裏で諸藤は「何者でもない（何にも秀でたことがない）」はずの自分が上に立って経営していることに違和感を感じます。その生い立ちから元々社会の複雑さというものに興味があったこともあり、『なぜ「何者でもない」自分が成功できたのかを検証したい』『産業が生まれるまでの複雑な因果関係を構造理解したい』という動機のもと、2015年にシンガポールでReapraを立ち上げました。
ともすればお互いに断絶しがちな「研究」と「実践」をつなぎ合わせ、長期でインパクトが出る産業を育てて次世代へ渡したい。
その思いの元、私たちReapraのメンバーは日本・東南アジア一丸となって複雑な市場や人々へ向き合っています。
Reapraは、私たちが今後伸びゆく、次世代を跨ぐ社会課題があると考えているターゲット領域に対して、起業家が強く動機づき長期的にコミットしていくこと、自分と向き合い続けることを可能にするための方法論を、メンバー・起業家と共に試行錯誤しながら生み出し、研究と実践とサイクルを回し続けます。最終的にはReapra独自の方法論を、再現性があるものにまで一般化していくことを目指します。
