Als Vitaliteitscoach en Burn-outcoach sta ik voor een persoonlijke aanpak om mensen te helpen bij hun zoektocht naar de juiste balans in het dagelijks leven.
We weten allemaal dat gezond eten en genoeg beweging onontbeerlijk zijn voor uw vitaliteit. Voor sommigen kan het een lastige of zelfs een moeilijke weg zijn om die juiste balans te vinden. Vaak is het een kwestie van verkeerde gewoonten. Om dat te doorbreken pak ik de zaken bij de basis aan!
Waarom Just Personal?
Vaak zie ik in de praktijk dat mensen tevergeefs een dieet gaan volgen en in het jo-jo effect belanden. Of ze gaan een of twee uurtjes per week sporten. Ze denken daarbij voldoende calorieën weer van zich af te schudden. Helaas werkt dat niet. Een of twee cappuccino’s en de calorieën zitten er weer aan.
Als personal trainer ga ik samen met u uw achtergrond zorgvuldig analyseren:
* Hoe ziet uw dagelijks patroon eruit?
* Wat voor werk doet u?
* Of bent u met pensioen?
* Wat is uw eetpatroon en hoeveel beweging heeft u?
Aan de hand van die analyse gaan we een plan van aanpak op maat maken. Met de nadruk ‘op maat’. Want wat voor de ene telt, telt niet voor de ander. Allerlei factoren van dagelijkse bezigheden en gewoonten zijn van invloed op uw lichaam en uw welzijn.
