We, Dmitriy and Nina, founders of the Kazakhstan-based agency KS, both studied in Germany and then spent a large chunk of our professional and personal lives there. Nina moved out of Germany in 2020, after 7 years and Dmitriy came back to Kazakhstan in 2023 after staying there for about 10 years. While we both liked Germany in some ways, we decided we don't want to stay there longer due to personal reasons. At the same time we didn't want to lose an ability to work for other countries and we formed an agency that will allow not only us but also other people to work for the global market. We care about our KS agency deeply and we decided that the way we can bring real value to our partner companies is to provide highly qualified pre-selected professionals in order to allow them to quickly scale up and down their software engineering teams.
