What is Kaiten
Kaiten is a themed, customer centric business transformation and change management program that can be used to rally the business around the customer. We know that one of the great challenges in transformation exercises is finding a way to make the ‘strategy’ accessible to people working at the coalface – ie. frontline, back office, manufacturing operations.
How do we do this? We use the story of the sushi train and its founder Yoshiaki Shiriashi – the fastest growing food type and eatery concept in the world. Because even if you’re one of the few people on the planet who hasn’t eaten at a sushi train, we think you’ll want to once you hear about it!
