Kalani’s cuisine focuses on the flavors of the Pacific Rim. We strive to create unique dishes by blending the fresh ingredients of Hawaiian regional cooking with Asian and European techniques and influences. Kalani’s menu items are sure to please a wide variety of guests. Our dinner menu features fish imported directly from the Hawaiian Islands as well as high quality steaks and proteins from domestic ranches. Kalani’s also offers a full sushi bar with our signature rolls, nigiri, sashimi and other fun, artistic dishes. Additionally, our Puka Lounge offers a wide assortment of appetizers that go hand in hand with our full wine, beer and exotic specialized cocktail list.
