Over 16 years, Kane was solely responsible for generating sales, managing contracts and driving marketing and client acquisition strategies from a variety of leading aged care, health and community providers. Through this; he began to astutely tune himself to the 'how' and 'why' of a persons purchase decision and the key procedures, systems and rituals that are fundamental to exponentially increasing sales success. Highly self-motivated; business success and understanding why people buy (and how they like to be sold) is Kane's pure passion and he's excited by businesses looking to scale fast and sustain that trajectory. Kane has an outstanding track record and has been recognised for delivering on sought business targets (BRW Fast 100 x 2, SmartCompany Smart50 Awards x 3 and CEO Magazine National Business Development Manager of the Year) through developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers. At the core of this is creating and then nurturing long-term mutually viable partnerships that deliver a positive financial return and the key business strategy for growth. Kane's personal development and business acumen has been significantly accelerated in recently completing an MBA at UNSW (2017) along with a Health Science Medicine degree.
