Kapulangu was born out of a curator's love and passion for African handmade design. Over the last seven years, we have sought to bring the most beautiful pieces of home decor and art from across Africa to your homes, offices, and commercial places.
We have been granted the great fortune of working with the most gifted artisans across the continent to showcase the best that Africa has to offer.
Our main objective is to offer meaningful work and financial empowerment to artisans across Africa while preserving and encouraging the continuation of cultural craft practices that carry with them centuries of traditions and techniques.
We aim to create a seamless blend of functional, aesthetically pleasing pieces with beautiful stories that marry contemporary design. The journey has been a labor of love and we have never been more excited than to see how our company has taken shape over the years.
