KASKTAŞ’ın doğuşu, 1957 yılında kurulan ve günümüzde dünyanın en büyük taahhüt firmaları arasında yer alan ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş.’ye dayanmaktadır. ENKA Kazık Grubu’nun 1957 yılında taahhüt edilen İstinye Köprüleri inşaatındaki başarılı çalışmaları, ileride KASKTAŞ adını alacak olan şirketin çalışma alanını belirleyici ilk işaret olmuştur. Yıllar; hızlı büyüme ve faaliyetlerde çeşitlilik getirmiş, 1975’e gelindiğinde ENKA Kazık Grubu, temel ve zemin mühendisliği taahhüt işlerinde uzman bir kuruluş olarak resmen KASKTAŞ adı ile yeni kimliğine kavuşmuştur. Kuruluşundan itibaren uluslararası saygın firmalarla rekabet edecek şekilde yapılanan KASKTAŞ, sahip olduğu geniş makine parkı, başarılı yönetimi ve uzman kadrosu ile yurtiçi ve yurtdışında sayısız faaliyetlerde bulunmuş ve geoteknik mühendisliği alanındaki gelişmeleri günü gününe takip ederek, gerek Türkiye’de, gerekse etkinlik gösterdiği diğer ülkelerde, ön sıralarda yer alan bir taahhüt firması olmuştur. KASKTAŞ is proud of its lengthy history and is a well-established company, development of which dates back to 1957, coinciding with the foundation of its parent company, ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş., which is currently one of the world’s top general contracting companies. Originally known as ENKA Piling Group, KASKTAŞ’s debut was heralded by the successful completion of its first contract, the construction of the İstinye Bridges on piled foundations. In 1975, after years of rapid growth, the ENKA Piling Group was renamed KASKTAŞ. Since its inception, KASKTAŞ was conceived to compete and succeed in the international arena. Thanks to its fully owned equipment and its successful management and experienced staff, KASKTAŞ has distinguished itself domestically and internationally by closely following developments in geotechnical engineering and advancing its know-how and capabilities accordingly.
