Corporate Events I have planned a full range of corporate events from an intimate open house for a couple dozen executives to a holiday party for over 400. With a great deal of planning and coordination every event can be a success. I love hearing a client’s initial ideas and creating an event where they get more than they could have imagined from the start. I also enjoy planning executive retreats having coordinated trips to Savannah, Charleston and out to Bald Head Island. Fundraisers I have worked on countless fundraisers around my community. I take pride in my work for the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Sandhills, The Moore County Literacy Council, Sandhills Area Land Trust and Sandhills Preservation Group. For several years I was part of the planning committees for Pinestock and First Friday, both musical events with large crowds and several vendors. On a larger scale, I plan an annual event for a nationwide non-profit. Recent locales have included Tampa, San Diego, Nashville, Austin and New Orleans. These events involve several days of planned activities for a couple hundred guests and culminate with private concerts. The past three years have featured Starship, Kool and the Gang, and Rodney Atkins. Sporting Events Planning the largest running event in the area takes months of planning and the coordination of hundreds of volunteers. Our team has successfully put on TEN years of The Reindeer Fun Run and donated nearly $250,000 to the Boys and Girls Club of the Sandhills. No event can be planned overnight and the more time to plan, the better! Social Gatherings From an intimate birthday party to a blowout backyard blast to celebrate the graduate, I will work with you to plan and execute the perfect event. With a creative eye and outside the box thinking, I thrive on bringing my clients’ visions into action. From hiring the right vendors to striking the right tone, I strive to create something greater than you could have imagined on your own.
