Besides setup, implementation and hosting, we also provide after-sales support and employee training. With over 1000 customers we feel that’s a good indicator of our product success and high service levels!
Services
With KCM Call & Meet we provide direct user access to our call minutes and webmeetings for a small monthly fee per user. Costs for initial investments are zero. All you need to get started is a smartphone or computer with internet access. The perfect entry to modern communications for SME's.
KCM Cloud PBX is also an excellent option for larger scale operations offering up to 3000 users. A fully featured PBX contact center solution that allows self-management on demand, recordings, reporting, call management, video conferencing and much more on dedicated server instances, all hosted in our high-security data center in Vienna.
