1. Progettazione su misura: Identificazione di opere d’arte adatte agli sponsor, definizione di budget e priorità comunicative, e sviluppo di relazioni per creare progetti personalizzati.
2. Consulenza legale e fiscale: Creazione di contesti legali e fiscali ottimali per inquadrare le operazioni di sponsorizzazione, fornendo supporto informativo sia agli sponsor che alle istituzioni beneficiarie.
3. Gestione del restauro: Coordinamento di interventi di restauro attraverso laboratori specializzati, supervisionando tutte le fasi, dalla preventivazione alla consegna, garantendo lavori di alta qualità.
4. Strategie di comunicazione: Pianificazione e attuazione di comunicazioni dettagliate durante ogni fase dell’intervento, organizzazione di eventi, conferenze, gestione di uffici stampa, dirette streaming e aggiornamenti sui social media.
5. Promozione della responsabilità sociale d’impresa (CSR): Supporto alle aziende nell’adozione di opere del patrimonio collettivo, evidenziando i vantaggi fiscali e l’impatto positivo in termini di responsabilità sociale e visibilità.
