The Organisation is also duly registered with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (TIN: 24504792-0001) where it fulfills its Tax Obligations in accordance with the provisions of Section 15(1) of the VAT Act. Having spent over half a decade providing services in Real Estate, Water and Energy Sectors, we have identified the following problems in line with data from the Central Bank of Nigeria, Federal Ministry of Water Resources, WaterAid Nigeria and the World Bank: • About 22 million Nigerians (11%) lack access to Housing in Nigeria at the moment, including lack of quality, sustainable housing. Rate of building collapse is high due to many factors including low-grade materials. • About 52.7 million Nigerians (31%) lack access to Water supply including lack of WASH Access for over 2.37 million residents (over 50%) of Enugu metropolis. • About 85 million Nigerians (43% of population) lack access to power-grid electricity supply; leading to annual economic loss of 10.1 trillion naira (about 2% of GDP) In response to all the aforementioned problems in Nigeria, we provide solutions to them by adopting the following business models: • Providing Lands, Houses, Estates, Quality Building Materials Supply, Workforce Supply and Site Supervision nationwide at affordable cost • Providing Water Solution including Geophysical Survey, Water Borehole/Artisanal well Development, Water Quality Analysis and Water Treatment • Providing Renewable Energy (Solar PV System) for Homes, Estates, Offices and Commercial Centers • Providing Training and Consultancy Services to as many as possible
