Kennedy Nolan was established in 1999 and has since developed a reputation as a design focused practice with a distinctive approach to built form. This is evident in the highly individual nature of our projects which respond to the unique qualities of each site and client. Frequently working on confined sites, our projects transform the relationship between interior and exterior, utilizing colour, light and texture.
Kennedy Nolan is a practice recognised for design excellence. This has been demonstrated through numerous industry awards, through our involvement in the architecture schools and Australian Institute of Architects via lectures, exhibitions and the extensive publication of our work.
