تاسیس
فعالیت تامین و ساخت داخل قطعات و گروه خودروسازی کرمان از تابستان سال 1375 در سازمانی تحت عنوان سازمان تامین قطعات در شرکت مدیران پارس که خدمات فروش و پس از فروش خودروهای دوو در ایران را بر عهده داشت آغاز گردید . بعد از گذشت حدود یکسال این فعالیت بصورت مستقل توسط شرکت طراحی و مهندسی قطعات کرمان خودرو ( کادک) که در تابستان 1376 به ثبت رسید ادامه یافت .
تاریخچه
شرکت کادک تاکنون نسبت به تامین و ساخت داخلی قطعات برای شرکتهای کرمان موتور (سی یلو ، ماتیز ، Lifan 620، Lifan X60،X50 ، Jac S5،Jac S3 ، J5 ,Jac J4,JAC J7 ,Jac Jac T8 ) ، خودروسازان راین (Verna، Avante، C30 Great wall (، خودروسازان بم (Gol , Lobo) اقدام نموده است.
دانش فنی
تدوین اسناد و مدارک فنی شامل مشخصات محصول ، تعریف پارامترهای کیفی ، تنظیم طرح آزمون و همچنین بازرسی محصول نهایی و فرآیند تولید از جمله فعالیتهای صورت گرفته در فرآیند تامین وساخت داخل میباشد .
این شرکت جهت انجام رسالت خود تاکنون از دانش فنی و استاندارهای خودرویی دوو ، هیوندای ، لیفان ، JAC، پژو و سیتروئن استفاده نموده است .
تغییرات سازمان
با تغییر فضای کسب و کار خودرو سازان داخلی و با توجه به سیاست های دولت در خصوص ساخت داخل نمودن قطعات، بازسازی ساختار کادک در سال 1397 انجام گرفته و سازمان در راستای توسعه ساخت داخل محصولات تولیدی شرکت کرمان موتور ، ساختار سیستم های مدیریت کیفیت و نظارت بر زنجیره تامین را بروز آوری نمود و در شرایط فعلی تعداد پرسنل کادک بالغ بر 280 نفر می باشد.
