Since I was young, I was passionate by people and knew I would one day have my own company.
I founded my recruitment and direct search agency for managers and directors in Sales and Marketing in 2006 and worked for many years for companies such as Volvo, Kawasaki, Ducati, Eurostar, Samsung, and luxury brands in Sunglasses.
One day, thanks to friends that are athletes, my interest in coaching was triggered and soon I decided to follow a first in class training.
The idea to create an organisation working together with the best freelance coaches and trainers came to live. I founded Kiliani with the aim to help companies creating better leaders through Coaching, Training and Mentoring.
This way of working combines best of both worlds: as an organisation you benefit of the advantages of working with a structured organisation, and the advantages of working with the best trainers and coaches. We work in partnership with our trainers and coaches, they all have their own activities are are experts in their domain.
Executive coaching will be done by coaches having at least 5 years experience in coaching on C-level.
Directors and managers will only be coached by ICF certified PCC coaches and former leaders
Our mentors are people having had experience on C-level and trained as ICF coach.
All our trainings are tailor-made for your organisation and will be completed with individual and group coaching for the best results on the long run.

How to give and receive feedback as a leader
Managing difficult conversations and conflict
Coaching for internal coaches (in collaboration with an ICF certified institute)
