KiwiConnect is een jonge tech-startup die het selectieproces van personeel slimmer en eenvoudiger maakt.
Samen met mensen van de Universiteit Twente ontwikkelen we een AI-gedreven tool die binnenkomende sollicitaties automatisch omzet naar gestructureerde profielen. Op basis van vaardigheden én cultuur genereert het systeem direct een topselectie per vacature.
We bouwen aan een totaaloplossing voor bedrijven die structuur zoeken in hun sollicitatieproces en hun tijd efficiënter willen inzetten. Zo biedt KiwiConnect onder andere:
- Een automatische gespreksassistent met slimme suggesties tijdens interviews
- Een agendakoppeling voor snelle planning van gesprekken
- Automatische, persoonlijke afwijzingen waarin duidelijk wordt waarom iemand niet is geselecteerd
Deze functionaliteiten helpen niet alleen om sneller te selecteren, maar dragen ook bij aan een sterk en professioneel bedrijfsimago.
Op dit moment bevinden we ons in de pilotfase en testen we samen met bedrijven uit verschillende sectoren hoe onze technologie in de praktijk presteert.
Onze ambitie: bedrijven helpen om sneller en objectiever tot de juiste match te komen, zonder de menselijke maat te verliezen.
