Cilj projekta Klima101 jeste podizanje svesti i edukacija stanovništva našeg jezičkog područja o uzrocima, posledicama i opasnostima koje prete od klimatskih promena. Kao i o širem kontekstu čitavog problema i mogućim načinima da se u društvu dođe do konsenzusa koji je potreban kako bi se usvojile mere za smanjivanje emisija i prilagođavanje novim klimatskim uslovima.
Klimatskim promenama ne treba da se bavi samo mala grupa „odabranih“, potrebno je proširiti krug ljudi koji veruju da je ovo pitanje važno. To se najbolje može postići dobrom informisanošću i otvorenim razgovorom sa svima, kako sa onima koji jednostavno ne znaju dovoljno o temi, tako i sa onima koji misle da ljudske aktivnosti ne mogu da utiču na našu klimu. Nadamo se da ćemo svojim radom, makar malo, doprineti da do toga i dođe.

The goal of the Klima101 project is to raise awareness and educate the population about causes, effects and dangers of climate change. We believe it is necessary to take the context of the whole problem into account and discuss possible ways to help society reach a consensus that is needed if measures for mitigation and adaptation are to be adopted.
Climate change isn't supposed to be a topic which is only reserved for a small group of people, it is necessary to widen the circle of people that feel this issue is important. The best way to do that is to share good knowledge and openly talk to everybody, including those who just don't know a lot about the topic and those who think that human action cannot affect our climate. We hope that our work will help these ideas.
