Founded in 2009, KNOLedge is a boutique consulting services firm that specialises in delivering learning & development services and end-to-end content services.
The firm specialises in developing and packaging content that engages the audience. We work with our clients to design, adapt and develop relevant content-based solutions that help the companies address their communication and training needs.

01. TRAINING
We deliver training that provides a right blend of theory and practice, which stems from its ideology of building on practical skills with a solid foundation of theory to help harness the latent potential of incumbents and leverage the same to meet organisational goals. Our training programs are modular and can be quickly customised to suit the needs of the audience. The customisation is triggered at two levels - on the profile of the audience and the industry.
02. CONTENT DEVELOPMENT
We have a content development team that develops and designs content for a variety applications. As a team we specialise in design and development of L&D content. The other areas of content development are content for marketing, sales, internal communications, etc. We never lose sight of the fact that the audience must be provided only that information which is relevant. And then all of this is packaged in a design that is user friendly and pleasing to the eye. The cornerstones of great content never change. They are simplicity, brevity and clarity.
03. PRESENTATION TRANSFORMATION
Despite the dismal quality of presentations, a vast majority of companies still use ‘slideware’ as their most common sales tool. It is estimated that three out of four sales persons globally have used presentations at some point in their career. And tragically most of them are mind-numbing, dull and boring. Because contrary to conventional wisdom, presentation development and design is not intuitive.
