Through major events such as the "Public Contractors' Day" in Berlin as well as regional conferences and KOINNO seminars, the Competence Center for Innovative Procurement promotes the exchange of information and knowledge. In addition, KOINNO participates in the DACH region with lectures, workshops and discussions on the thematic design of partner events.
Practical examples
Practical examples for the successful procurement of innovations or the design of innovative procurement processes provide insight into various solutions and provide incentives for future projects. This makes it clear that an innovation-oriented public procurement is feasible and meaningful even today.
EU Focal Point
There are some programs at EU level to promote innovation and public procurement research and development projects. The "EU Contact Point for Public Procurement of Innovations" within the framework of KOINNO gives a comprehensive insight and specifically supports the acquisition of subsidies.
