Die Reise begann 2017 im Kanton Obwalden. Im Rahmen der anstehenden Vernehmlassung der Richtplanrevision stellten unsere Gründer, Roland und Miro, im Gespräch mit dem Kanton fest, wie umständlich und papierlastig der Mitwirkungsprozess für Verwaltung, Organisationen und Privatpersonen war. Entschlossen, diesen Prozess zu vereinfachen, entwickelten sie in wenigen Wochen den ersten Prototyp eines durchgehend digitalen Vernehmlassungsprozesses.
Mit grossem Erfolg: Bei der Richtplan-Vernehmlassung wurde unser Prototyp erstmalig angewendet und zeigte sofort seine Stärken. Dieser Erfolg motivierte uns, das Potenzial unserer Lösung auch anderen Gemeinden, Städten und Kantonen zugänglich zu machen. Im Laufe der Jahre entstand so unsere Standardlösung «E-Mitwirkung», die mittlerweile von über 140 Gemeinden, Städten, Kantonen und weiteren Organisationen erfolgreich genutzt werden.
Dank kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung und Ausrichtung an den Bedürfnissen unserer Kunden ist E-Mitwirkung heute eine umfassende Lösung für formelle und informelle Mitwirkungsprozesse.
