My name is Katrina and as owner and sole contributor to KOR3, it has always been a dream to start my own company and freelance. Over the last few years, I have been working on developing my skills to make this company a success and now have the ability to offer a range of services.
Although, Project Management, Marketing and Events may seem different in terms of required skills, in my experience they are in fact similar. There is an overarching requirement to set objectives, create a strategy to achieve those objectives, implement the strategy using specific tactics and measure performance, whilst keeping to budget. The importance of being agile and flexible is paramount across all projects and campaigns. The tactics themselves may differ but many of the theories and practices and skills required are very similar.
I pride myself in having real drive and determination as well as high attention to detail. In my opinion, people, process, communication and stakeholder management are the key to success of any project, program or campaign. I really enjoying working as part of team and strive to make every team I work with a better place to work.
The mission of KOR3 is to deliver projects and campaigns to exceed KPIs and deliver ROI. Along the way I would like to impart some of my knowledge and experience, whilst continually learning from new experiences. I’m passionate about delivering excellence.
