Our founder Mariska Bank learned the ropes of the business while working for Models At Work, our renowned partnering agency with 20+ years of operational excellence under its belt. In just a couple of years, Mariska worked her way up from hostess to production leader and booker, gaining insights on the front lines and behind the scenes. At the age of just 24, she forged an entrepreneurial partnership with her former employer to create a
young, no-nonsense event staffing agency: KRU, making Gen Z work for you.

And they go from strength to strength at every job, showcasing just the right kind of energy.
