L&E Group has successfully secured a £1.35million government grant for one of its developments and implemented a strict quality control policy to ensure tenant demographic is controlled. Negotiated a fixed tariff to mitigate increases in electrical expenditure, hired in house maintenance team to reduce referral costs as well as obtained permission to extend the block vertically by 24 flats. All are interventional changes aimed to resolve the issues as well as boost asset value and investor yield.
